Hey y'all!!!!!

I am getting tired of the lies that the enemy tells a lot of females that I know. He tells them that they are not worthy of TRUE LOVE; that they need to please a man in order to get what they want, that they need to basically prostitute themselves in order to get what they desire! Not so says God! I know how that feels because I used to feel that way. I used to feel like man this is how it's going to be for the rest of my life! But God said no!

These feelings are a result of a confidence deficiency in yourself. Your self-respect, self-worth, self-image are all so distorted that you find yourself giving into any and every deception of the devil. The little voices in your head saying that you need to loosen up and take that drink, or that it won't hurt you to have sex with this dude and that dude. Those are lies told to you by the enemy, deceptions, delusions, illusions, lies all lies! He is the father of lies! and it does hurt. That is compromise. Compromise of character, morals and values is not good in any way, shape or form!

 I am also tired of hearing that we need a man to complete us or to bring us happiness! Again not so! A man or woman or any other material item should bring completion to your being. God should. You should have all voids filled by God first and then allow things to add to that. God should be the foundation of your happiness, not those things. Allow God to give you joy unspeakable joy and the rest will follow.

God offers us his love as a gift. He sets the example for what LOVE really is. Look at it y'all... 1 Corinthians 13:1-7

Love ......

13:4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;

13:5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;

13:6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. That's the characteristics of real love not that stuff that fades away after 2 weeks, not that mess that makes someone treat you like a stranger in public. That is the result of lust.

So in closing I would like to say thank you Lord for taking off my blinders and allowing me to see the marvelous light, because I walked around with blinders on for so long. I thank for helping my friends and family and delivering them out of similar situations so that they too can see the light. AMEN!
